Troforte Garden Bot - Account Deletion Policy

At TROFORTE INNOVATIONS PTY LTD, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your Troforte Garden Bot account and all associated information, the process is simple and immediate.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from within the Troforte Garden Bot mobile app:

1. Open the Profile page in the app.

2. Tap the Delete Account button.

3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately. This action is irreversible, and no data will be retained on our systems.

Data Deletion Details

The following types of data are deleted upon account removal:

• Personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number)

• Any garden data or user entries associated with your account

• App usage and analytics data linked to your profile

All user-related data is deleted immediately and permanently once the deletion request is confirmed. No backup copies or archives are retained.
