By using the Troforte Garden Bot mobile app (available on Android and iOS), these terms will automatically apply to you – so please make sure you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or create derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Troforte Garden Bot.
Troforte Garden Bot is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear exactly what you’re paying for.
The Troforte Garden Bot app stores and processes personal data that you provide to us in order to deliver our service. It’s your responsibility to keep your access to the app secure.
You should be aware that there are certain things that Troforte Garden Bot will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Troforte Garden Bot cannot take responsibility if the app does not work at full functionality when you don’t have Wi-Fi or have used up your data allowance.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, please remember that your agreement with your mobile network provider still applies. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for data usage while accessing the app or incur other third-party charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming charges if you use the app outside your home region or country without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, we assume that you have permission from the bill payer.
Similarly, Troforte Garden Bot cannot take responsibility for how you use the app. For example, you must ensure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you cannot access the service, Troforte Garden Bot cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Troforte Garden Bot’s responsibility for your use of the app, please bear in mind that although we endeavor to keep it updated and accurate at all times, we rely on third-party information to provide certain features. Troforte Garden Bot accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss you may experience as a result of relying entirely on the functionality of the app.
We may also choose to stop providing the app and may terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end; and (b) you must stop using the app.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of updates by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
